The Strand is a series of folk instruments made by the Epiphone company in the early half of the 1900’s. The tenor pictured plays really well, the action is only slightly high, and there is no buzzing anywhere on the neck. It has beautiful inlays on the fretboard, with a diamond cross inlay at the fifth and twelfth frets, dots where seen on other frets.
The tuning pegs hold pitch fairly well. This item plays great and with a little special attention could serve any player or collector looking to expand their repertoire or collection.
