The Spirit GT-PRO Deluxe features a basswood body and a 3-piece hard maple neck, both of which were specially designed to resonate as a single piece of wood. Steinberg’s iconic headless design not only makes the Spirit GT-PRO Deluxe incredibly compact and ergonomic, but it also makes this solidbody electric guitar highly resistant to temperature and humidity changes. The guitarists here have also found the Spirit GT-PRO Deluxe’s 1960s SlimTaper “D”-shaped neck incredibly playable. Plus, its 14-inch-radius, 24-fret fingerboard facilitates lightning-fast fretwork like nothing else out there. Want to play sitting down? No problem. The Spirit GT-PRO Deluxe’s folding leg rest makes playing in any position easy and comfortable.

Rock-solid hardware

You won’t find many guitars as solid and reliable as the Steinberger Spirit GT-PRO Deluxe. Its patented R-Trem locking tremolo and 40:1-ratio Direct-Pull tuning system offer tremendous tuning stability, and its Zero Nut fret maintains incredibly accurate intonation — even in intense playing situations. You can lock the R-Trem and treat the Spirit GT-PRO Deluxe like a hardtail or unlock the trem to let loose with extreme pitch pyrotechnics — in both directions — with absolute impunity. You’ll appreciate how easy it is to make quick adjustments with the fine tuners on this guitar’s bridge. To top it off, you can use the Spirit GT-PRO Deluxe with both Steinberger DoubleBall strings or with regular strings via a Single Ball adapter.
