The Orange Amps Marcus King Signature MK Ultra 30W guitar tube amp head was created in conjunction with the guitar phenomenon and Grammy Award-nominated singer-songwriter. Using high-quality components, including American-made custom Heyboer transformers, this handwired 30W all-valve guitar amp represents a marriage of vintage American and British tonalities, delivering a unique design that offers a new approach to classic Orange sound.
The Marcus King MK Ultra features carefully tuned input circuitry that responds solidly to different volumes and tone settings on your guitar. It also smoothly handles pedals by melding them into the tone instead of sitting on top, thanks to a pair of 12AX7 preamp valves and a power amp section consisting of dual cathode-based 6L6GC power valves. Enjoy a fast response time at low volumes, making it the perfect partner for your pedalboard, and get more saturation with the 6L6s as you turn it up louder. The MK Ultra also features a Sing (treble) control for added brightness, and a Deep (bass) control for overall thickening.
